Reiki
Reiki is traditionally a Japanese healing technique which is now practised all over the world. The reiki practitioner can work hands on or off. I like to work hands on by simply placing my hands on areas of the body for between two and five minutes. I start at the feet and my intuition guides me to areas of the body and chakras.

Reiki energy flows through me and goes wherever it is needed in the body helping promote relaxation, stress and anxiety relief, and natural healing. It can be an extremely spiritual experience and deeply relaxing.

As the energy flows through me the client might feel heat, tingling, prickling, movement, cold or nothing at all! This is the sensation of the energy passing through my hands onto the body.

I like to allow time for a consultation before each session and some time afterwards to share any experiences or insights we might have had during the reiki session as these can highlight and help with anything we are working on.

I set my room up to create a warm and calm experience using music, candles, crystals, and I use my pendulum to help me read the energy and chakras of the body.
