A classic western treatment that uses various techniques with the hands to massage the soft tissues of the body. Adaptions of the treatment may include the masseuse using their forearms & elbows.

Long gliding movements along with friction, kneading, tapotement, hacking, pounding and vibration are used throughout the session.
