I am a fully qualified and insured therapist and Reiki master. My treatments and therapies include Swedish massage, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Facials.

All therapies are adapted to suit the individual and a full complimentary consultation, taking fifteen to twenty minutes is always carried out before the first treatment.  

Treatments can be carried out in my very own therapy cabin for those wanting a quiet escape and mobile visits are offered to those wishing to stay in the comforts of their own home or holiday home. I am also at Sennen market, every second and third Tuesday of the month, where you can come and meet me in person and experience what I have to offer.

A classic western treatment that uses various techniques with the hands to massage the soft tissues of the body. Adaptations of the treatment may include the masseuse using their forearms & elbows. Long gliding movements along with friction, kneading, tapotement, hacking, pounding and vibration are used throughout the session.

A lovely massage allowing the client to experience a taste of an ancient Indian tradition assisted with soothing Indian music, oils or creams. 

IHM (Indian Head Massage) has long been an integral part of everyday life in India. Traditionally in India a weekly massage is recommended for men and woman to help maintain a healthy all over balance and promote soft skin and strong shiny hair. 

An IHM includes massaging of the back, neck, shoulders, arms, scalp and face. Traditionally using oils helping the hair and skin. The massage can be carried out using cream or nothing at all on the scalp and hair depending on the individual’s preference.

Indian Head Massage - Using the hands to massage the back, shoulders, neck, arms, scalp and head. A choice of oils or cream to choose from.

You can choose from either a seated IHM on a chair, sat upright on the massage couch or lay down turning half way through. All traditional to IHM. Please allow twenty minutes for a complimentary consultation on your first visit. 

Reiki is traditionally a Japanese healing technique which is now practiced all over the world. The reiki practitioner can work hands on or off. I like to work hands on by simply placing my hands on areas of the body for between two and five minutes. I start at the feet and my intuition guides me to areas of the bod and chakras. 

​

Reiki energy flows through me and goes wherever it is needed in the body helping promote relaxation, stress and anxiety relief, and natural healing. It can be an extremely spiritual experience and deeply relaxing.  

As the energy flows through me the client might feel heat, tingling, prickling, movement, cold or nothing! This is the sensation of the energy passing through my hands onto the body. 

I like to allow time for a consultation before each session and some time afterwards to share any experiences or insights we might have had during the reiki session as these can highlight and help with anything we are working on.

I set my room up to create a warm and calm experience using music, candles, crystals, and I use my pendulum to help me read the energy and chakras of the body.
